Kerikiya Terms and Conditions — Member Rights & Responsibilities

Kerikiya (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online gaming service operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Kerikiya and its members.

These Terms & Conditions are published in Bengali so that all users in Bangladesh can easily understand them. In the event of any dispute, the original document shall prevail.

1.1 Platform Definition

The Kerikiya platform refers to the website (kerikiya.vip), the mobile application, and all associated services.

1.2 Applicability of Terms

These Terms apply to all registered members of the Platform. Guest users may only view public content; registration is required to play games or conduct any transactions.

The following rules apply when opening an account with Kerikiya:

• Each individual may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be suspended.
• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details at the time of registration.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account password secure. Sharing your password with anyone else is strongly discouraged.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the Help Center immediately.
• The mobile number or email address provided at registration must be verified.

2.1 Information Updates

If any information provided at registration changes — such as your phone number or payment account — you must update your account settings as soon as possible. Kerikiya will not be held responsible for any payment issues arising from outdated information.

The following eligibility requirements apply to all users of the Kerikiya platform:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Identity Verification: Kerikiya may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time for age verification purposes.
• Mental Capacity: Members must be in full mental capacity when playing.
• Self-Excluded Individuals: Users who have voluntarily self-excluded will not be permitted to re-register.

The following methods are available to deposit funds at Kerikiya: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment gateways.

4.1 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: BDT 100
• Daily maximum deposit: determined by your account verification level
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.

4.2 Payment Verification

All deposits are verified automatically. If a transaction fails, the funds will be returned to the payment provider — Kerikiya is not liable in such cases. For assistance with failed transactions, please contact the Help Center.

4.3 Currency

Kerikiya processes all transactions in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). A conversion rate may apply for payments made in other currencies.

The following Kerikiya conditions must be met in order to withdraw winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 300
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Processing time: typically within 1–24 hours
• Withdrawals above a certain amount may require additional verification.

5.1 Withdrawal Rejection

Withdrawals may be declined for the following reasons:

• If KYC verification has not been completed
• If the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met
• If there are signs of suspicious activity on an account
• When the name on the payment account does not match the name on the registered account

Kerikiya offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, which are detailed on the Bonus page.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Opting in under the specified terms is required to claim a bonus.
• Each bonus comes with a wagering multiplier — for example, 10x means you must wager 10 times the bonus amount
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be fulfilled first.
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry
• A promotion cannot be used more than once.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Misuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or coordinated betting — is strictly prohibited. Any such activity will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on Kerikiya:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a live cash-out feature is available)
• If a match or game is cancelled due to a technical issue, bets will be refunded
• Kerikiya reserves the right to review and overturn the outcome of any bet if there is evidence of a technical error or fraudulent activity.

7.1 Maximum Bet Limit

Each game or event has a maximum bet limit, which may vary depending on the type of game or event. Any attempt to place a bet exceeding this limit will be automatically rejected by the system.

7.2 Inconsistent Odds

If incorrect or inconsistent odds are displayed due to a technical error, Kerikiya reserves the right to void the affected bets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Kerikiya and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Attempting to access or use another person's account
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Opening an account using a false or fabricated identity
• Threatening or harassing other members
• Exploiting the bonus system through coordinated betting

Kerikiya may suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• In the Event of a Terms Violation
• If KYC verification fails or false information is found
• In cases of fraud or suspicious activity
• Death of the account holder
• By court order

9.1 Appeal Against Suspension

If you believe your account has been suspended in error, you may submit an appeal through the Help Center. Kerikiya will respond with a decision within 7 business days.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request through the Help Center. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Kerikiya believes gaming should be fun. The platform is committed to helping members build healthy gaming habits.

10.1 Available Tools

• Spending Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Session Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in a single session
• Taking a Break: You may take a voluntary break ranging from 24 hours up to 30 days
• Self-Exclusion: You may close your account permanently or for a specified period

• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be shared when required by law or upon request by a regulatory authority

Kerikiya reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Members will be notified by email or SMS prior to any significant changes.
• Any updated Terms and Conditions will be published on this page along with the effective date.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms
• You will be given the option to close your account if you do not agree to the updated terms
